I was born and raised in sunny Barranquilla, Colombia and made the long move to San Francisco, California in 2018 to start pursuing the career of my dreams, fashion design.

My design identity was formed through careful exploration of the arts. I've always had a fascination with films, literature, art, architecture and most of all, music. My goal is to find two juxtaposing topics and marry them in an attempt to get something interesting and new out of both, as well as careful inclusion of one of my previously mentioned passions.

I began creating my own prints for every collection I make during my junior year at university and have no plans to stop creating them, as they are a creative output I fell in love with. I also believe it allows me to showcase some of my traditional or graphic art abilities.

My other skills include: CLO3D, standard design process, draping, patternmaking, procreate, all adobe programs, sketching, painting, fabric sourcing, knit/crochet, fashion event planning and PR, as well as being an avid language learner.

Finally, I was a part of school organizations for years as I believe that building up my community of fellow art students and creators is not only self-enriching but also important for people who thrive in the social aspects that our careers allow us to participate in. So I am a seasoned team player, if you will.
